Lisa Griebel is Principal of Crescendo Inc., a Minneapolis, Minnesota performance-consulting firm committed to the growth and development of healthy organizations. She has more than 30 years of experience in training and organization development, marketing, product development and strategic business planning.
Ms. Griebel has worked in both the Public and Private sectors and is a frequent guest speaker at conferences and Professional Association meetings
Helping individuals and organizations realize their Emotional Intelligence (EI) and leadership potential through coaching and training is a primary focus of Lisa's practice. She is an MHS (Multi Health Systems) certified EQ-i2.0 (Emotional Quotient Inventory) and EQ 360 trainer and has administered more than 2,000 EQ-i® assessments world-wide.
Additionally, Lisa is an adjunct Leadership instructor in the St. Mary's UniversityOrganizational Leadership Graduate program. She is certified facilitator in the Dependable Strengths Process and Peer Coaching and can administer all Geier Learning Systems personality assessment instruments. Lisa has a Master of Education degree in training and organization development from the University of Minnesota and a 2nd degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.
Karen Lanson is a Principal Consultant with Crescendo Inc. Her nearly 25 years of experience as a clinical practitioner, corporate leader and business professional serve our clients and EI practitioners well as a co-creator of the Crescendo Inc. EI Community of Practice. She has credentials as a Licensed Psychologist, Peer Coaching & Action Learning Facilitator, Certified Employee Assistance Professional, and Mediator.
While experienced with many assessments, Karen attributes much of her success with leaders, teams and individuals to her deep understanding and life-long awareness of Emotional Intelligence. Her strength lies in building her client's capacity for self-awareness, versatility and meaningful connections.
Karen is an MHS (Multi-Health Systems) certified EQ-i2.0 and EQ360 Master Trainer. She earned a Masters and Educational Specialist degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri - Columbia.
