Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i®)

Print E-mail

The Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i®) is the first scientific instrument to assess emotional and social functioning. Dr. Reuven Bar-On, a clinical psychologist, developed the EQ-i® after nearly 20 years of research into the question, "Why do some people with high IQ's fail in life, while others with moderate IQ's succeed?" Released in 1997, the EQ-i® has been administered to more than a million people worldwide. Organizations and individuals are using the EQ-i® in a variety of ways including leadership, team and personal development.

Crescendo Inc. can help you get certified to administer the EQ-i®.
